If you would like to be part of the 2019 Confirmation Class, your opportunity is coming! There will be a meeting of anyone interested in Confirmation on Sunday, January 6 following the 10:00 service. Officially, the rite of Confirmation is the process by which one formally becomes an Episcopalian if you come from another tradition, and it is how one affirms the promises made by one’s parents and godparents at baptism if you grew up in the Episcopal Church. But really, it is the opportunity to explore your faith, wonder about God, learn more about yourself and each other, ask questions, and along the way get to know more about the bible, prayer, the church, etc. Any adult or teenager in high school or above is invited to the meeting on January 6. If you are interested or have any questions, please speak with Connie+. Class will begin in January and finish with the service of Confirmation at the National Cathedral mid-May.
