Join us on November 17 at 10 am to discuss Just Mercy, A Story of Justice and Redemption by Bryan Stevenson. This award-winning book is a memoir of one man’s work to help the incarcerated and those on death row. It brings home with clarity the ways in which our justice system fails the most venerable. It’s a compelling read that may challenge us as Christians and as citizens. The book was recommended by Bishop Mariann, and our parish joins others in reading and discussing it. Please join us. There will also be a sign-up sheet in the narthex for those wanting to join the discussion but who can’t meet on Tuesday morning.
