Join a parish-wide conversation as we read and discuss The Other Wes Moore. June 14, 16 or 17

There are times when it seems we are called to focus anew on important issues of social justice. Recent events in Baltimore and around the country have sparked a new national conversation about race, privilege, policing and inequality. In June, we’ll have three opportunities to continue that conversation at St. George’s. We’ll be reading The Other Wes Moore, by Wes Moore, an African American man who explores his own story and that of another African-American man of the same name whose life turned out very differently. You can pick up a copy of the book at the library, at bookstores or e-commerce sites. You can choose to come to a discussion on Sunday June 14 at 9 am, Tuesday June 16 at 10 am, or Wednesday June 17 at 7 pm.
